The Fiesta Cinco de Mayo celebration started in Old Town almost 40 years ago by Diane Powers. Over the years this event has grown to become a San Diego tradition. This Fiesta Cinco de Mayo is now celebrated in many communities around San Diego.
One of the fastest growing fiesta is in the Gaslamp. Downtown has become the largest Event with over six blocks of culture and traditional entertainment. Two stages of live music, Lucha Libre and meet & greet. Food and fun throughout, more culture, more fun!
Plenty of parking but always best to take the Red Line Trolley.
